How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your Brewly subscription anytime from your account, with no fees.

Before you cancel

If you just need a break, you can pause for up to three months instead. If the coffee isn't quite right, try switching your roast or grind. Our team is also happy to recommend a better fit.

Cancel your subscription

  1. In the top right of brewly.com, click Account, then select My Subscription.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel subscription.
  3. Tell us why you're leaving (optional, but it helps us improve).
  4. Click Confirm cancellation.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

Please note: if you cancel after your billing date, your current box will still ship and won't be refunded. Learn more in Understanding your billing date.
