Not sure which roast to start with? Here's how each Brewly profile tastes and who it's best for.
Your roast profile decides which coffees we send you. Each profile rotates through different single origins and blends, so you'll try something new with most boxes while staying in the flavor range you like.
Light
Bright and fruity, with notes like citrus, berry, and florals. A good fit if you drink your coffee black or enjoy pour over.
Medium
Balanced and smooth, with chocolate, caramel, and nutty flavors. This is our most popular profile and works with almost any brewer.
Dark
Bold and rich, with low acidity and a roasty, bittersweet finish. Great with milk or cream and in espresso.
Roaster's Choice
Our roasters pick their favorite coffee each cycle, from any roast level. Choose this if you like variety and surprises.
