Check the roast date
Every bag is stamped with its roast date. Coffee tastes best between 4 and 21 days after roasting, so your beans should be right in that window when they arrive.
Store it right
Keep your coffee in its original bag, sealed with the clip, in a cool, dark cupboard. Avoid the fridge, since moisture and odors can affect flavor.
