How to pause or skip a delivery

Have extra coffee on hand or heading out of town? You can skip a single delivery or pause your subscription for up to three months.

Skip a delivery

1. In the top right of brewly.com, click Account, then select My Subscription.
2. Under Upcoming deliveries, find the delivery you want to skip.
3. Click Skip this delivery, then confirm.

Your next delivery will move to the following scheduled date.

Pause your subscription

1. In the top right of brewly.com, click Account, then select My Subscription.
2. Click Pause subscription.
3. Choose a pause length of 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months.
4. Click Confirm pause.

Your subscription will restart automatically at the end of the pause. We'll send a reminder email 5 days before your next box ships. To restart early, click Resume now on the same page.

Please note: to skip or pause your next box, make the change before your billing date. Once you've been billed, that box is already being roasted.
